Cara (owner/safety specialist) has been a CPR/First Aid instructor for an international organization for over nine years.  She also teaches Emergency Response at a local university.  She and her husband have two girls, ages three and one!  

Our Business

Our mission is to reach as many households and businesses as possible in order to promote safety and wellness in our community.  Children hold a special place in our heart as we have two young ones ourselves!  Seemingly innocent household items can pose a big threat.  Similarly, not knowing what to do in an emergency can send any family member into a panic.  We arm you with the tools necessary to stay safe and act with confidence!

Who We Are

We started our company in 2008.  We have done community demonstrations and presentations.  We love speaking to Moms (and Dads!) groups.  We can offer a simple first aid talk or certify the whole family/company!  We can help you build a disaster kit or direct you if you'd like to purchase one.  Click here for additional resources.
